05/03/2010
This first EUMINAfab winter school at Minatec, Grenoble is aimed at Ph.D students, post-docs and engineers involved in micro and nanotechnologies and who wish to acquire a global and general overview of some of the most widespread nanocharacterisation techniques, such as SEM, TEM and XPS. MULTILAYER Workshop 02/11/2009
A workshop on PRINTING TECHNOLOGIES EUMINAfab starts operation.EUMINAfab is the first European Research Infrastructure on multimaterial micro and nanotechnology. It offers open and no-cost access to state of the art fabrication and characterisation technologies for a multitude of functional materials. EUMINAfab combines the scientific expertise and technological capacities of 10 leading European institutions from industry and academia, creating a unique source of knowledge and capabilities in micro nano technologies for European researchers from industry or academia. CHARPANNewsletter No.4 (July 2009) from the CHARPAN (Charged Particle Nanotech) project is available to download here, by clicking on the icon below. Charpan ProjectThe CHARPAN (CHARged PArticle Nanotech) integrated FP6-NMP project ended on March 31st 2009, after 48 project months. SMARTIEHSSMARTIEHS is an FP7-CP STREP which is developing a smart, high-speed, cost effective and flexible inspection system for production of Micro(Opto)ElectroMechanicalSystems (M(O)EMS). EUMINAfab kick-off meetingMarch 18th, a new European Research Infrastructure (ERI) celebrated its operation with a kick-off meeting at the coordinating Karlsruhe Nano Micro Facility (KNMF) of the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe in Germany. |
